The definitive registration for the courses defines the date of the beginning of the courses and the learner undertakes to follow the course regularly and to pay the corresponding price.

The lesson lasts 45 minutes and can be canceled 24 hours before.

The price is payable in advance. In the event of cancellation on time (no later than one week before the start date of the course) the price paid in advance will be refunded with a deduction of CHF 45.- for administration costs.

Private lessons, private group lessons and group lessons are organized by Viv'lingua Mikaelian by mutual agreement with the clients. Lessons missed due to personal or professional obligations cannot be replaced and the amount will not be refunded.

Lessons are valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
